The Roa Hotel - Mumbai

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, very clean and had great facilities such as parking and transportation. It was conveniently located close to Ghatkopar metro station and reasonably close to the airport. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly, and we enjoyed the excellent complimentary breakfast.

The prices for the rooms and the extra bed were very reasonable compared to other hotels. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was beautifully decorated, with nice touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. Though the toilet wasn't properly cleaned, the rest of the room was pretty clean. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight. The spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

That the toilet wasn't cleaned properly.

We had many dining options, such as the tasty nearby Radha Krishna restaurant. the hotel was a short distance from the airport and Ghatkopar metro station, and there were malls close by. Our room was well kept, with a clean bathroom and good service. the breakfast had a decent spread and was quite satisfying.

There were occasional oversights with housekeeping, such as forgetting to refill the complimentary water bottles.

Stayed at a budget hotel for Xmas; it was the perfect setting with lovely clean rooms and the staff treated us like family. Loved the excellent location and very accessible from the main road. the 24-hour coffee shop and restaurant were the deal breaker, they had a great selection of food.

The Wi-Fi was a bit shaky and faced issues connecting.
